The Parking Lot project was approved at our special meeting on August 3. We think work will begin
on the 27th. so please avoid the ‘main’ parking lot when the crew is working, and use the Western
Ave. driveway, and park in the ‘west’ lot if you need to access the building on those work days.

We also discussed Lower Level Improvements to remove and replace flooring and ceiling tiles in
the ‘old’ basement; renovating the 1952 women’s room into an ADA accessible bathroom for anyone
to use; and finishing the ceiling and lighting in the ‘new’ basement. Council and Property Team will
have more to share in September.
